PROLOGUE

 

The new academic session is beginning with new hopes, new ideas, new   targets new benchmark, new planning, projects and strategies to achieve the desired goal. This guiding principles prepared at regional office containing the modalities for implementation to be organized at vidayalaya level will help in preparation and implementation of Institutional Plan cum Annual calendar of activities at vidyalaya level.

PLANNING

  • First plan the morning assembly.
  • Think about the activities to be done.
  • Think about the time duration as per the activities.
  • Think about the sequence of activities.
  • Constitute morning assembly committee comprising Music Teacher, PET, CCA in charge & language teachers.
  • Make a list & circulate the days when assembly will be conducted by boys or girls in Hindi, English or Regional Language.

ORGANISATION

·         Organize the things properly.

·         Ensure the duties are assigned properly.

·         Ensure that all the activities are prepared.

·         Arrange the musical instruments and pre-trained players.

·         Arrange the lead prayer groups.

·         Arrange the assembly class wise/ house wise.

·         Arrange the position of class leaders, teachers, guests etc.

EXECUTION

·         Execute your plan now.

·         Proper command and drill.

·         Assembly starts with prayer (religious), navodaya prayer, silence for peace etc. as per the order …… ending with National Anthem.

·         Ensure all the activities are presented.

·         Never skip teacher’s/MOD talk & talk from the Principal

MONITORING      & SUPERVISION

·           Class teachers will monitor the presence of the students of their respective classes.

·           Housemasters/mistrss will ensure the presence of students of their respective houses.

·           The assembly incharge will see that all the activities are conducted properly.

·           He/She will supervise whether the students or group/class have prepared for the next morning assembly.

·           The Principal will ensure the presence of the teachers and staff in the assembly.

·           He/She will ensure that teacher’s talk/MOD’s talk is delivered.

EVALUATION

·               Principal/VP/SMT /Vidyalaya Planning Coordinator will rate the morning assembly conducted

·               The Assembly Register will be maintained with the daily activities recorded.

·               The same will be signed by the Principal with the remarks.

·               The class/group/ that has conducted the assembly in best manner may be appreciated/issued certificate monthly or so.

·               Remarks of the guest attending assembly may be taken

·               Remarks/Observations of the visiting inspection team/ACs/CD may be taken for further improvement
